Ideal for couples seeking a picturesque escape

We had a nice dinner on the terrace, overlooking the lake while enjoying some of the best lasagna I've ever had! The staff was friendly and assisted with everything from parking to local tips.

Sure, the price wasn't exactly pocket change but it was still reasonable.

Airy rooms with a terrace and pleasant staff, everything was very easy. The location was great and brilliant on the waterfront, near to a ferry port. Also, it was near Torre delle Arti that was our destination.

The staff was extremely friendly and the service was attentive throughout our stay. Also, location was beautiful, right next to Valentinarte Art Gallery. Visiting restaurants and bars next to the hotel was easy.

The views from our side lake room were amazing, and the location made exploring easy. A bit of noise from nearby ferries was noticeable, but nothing that spoiled our experience. I'd definitely return to this charming spot!

The rooms were immaculately clean and the bathrooms were spacious.

Our group vacation killed it! We chilled at the lively square with cute shops and enjoyed a billiard game. The views from our room were fine. Guests should note the occasional ferry noise, especially for lakeside rooms, but it's manageable. Highly recommend it for an enjoyable stay!

Breakfast organization could use improvement. It felt crowded when more than two people were at the buffet, and some items ran out by 9 am.

Cozy room, convenient location, with amazing views of the lake right from my terrace, and the breakfast included was lovely with great coffee options.

Everything was flawless.

The location is ideal, right on the lake and close to ferry terminals and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety, though the fruit salad selection was underwhelming. While the room was comfortable and clean, it was situated toward the back, limiting the view. The noise from the nearby music bar could be bothersome for light sleepers, but the soundproofing was fairly effective. The reception area could use some updates for a better first impression.

The hotel location is unbeatable with amazing views of Lake Como. I stayed in a Double or Twin Room Lake View. The room was cozy, and the lake view from my balcony was fine, especially at sunrise. The breakfast spread was good, with fresh pastries and organic juices. Only three people fit comfortably. Bathroom size could use improvement. It felt a bit cramped. Staff members were friendly and cute, always ready to help. I did notice some noise from nearby events, which disrupted the quiet atmosphere at times. A lovely stay despite a few minor hiccups.
